Why I prefer a KZ 650
20 Dec 2008 21:08 - 20 Dec 2008 21:16
This probably cost Kawasaki a lot to produce.

Nice video. Interesting to see how advertising used to be compared to now.
1/3 the length and absolutely nothing about the bike other than it corners. From my perspective it is a comment about society. I miss commercials that actually told you what a product could do, not the hyped clips that we get for most things now.
Again, cool video for the old KZ's.

I loved the shot of the guy rolling down the street trying to talk to the girl walking on the sidewalk. I was waiting for the narrator to say, "...and the KZ650 is perfect for stalking ex-girlfriends!"

60's I don't want to replay but every time I try to replay the 70's all I get is a test pattern
and the sound of Tommy Chong going "Oh WOW MAN!".

Sorry Bad Kaw I couldn't resist. But if it makes you feel any better I haven't bought a KZ650 for about 6 months now. Besides I got tired of playing this. Shooting the duck seemed like a nice change of pace.

The music gets a little annoying but it is a pretty amusing game.

I can't believe how slow he talks in the commercial! Everything now is so fast paced I wondered if the tape was being played too slow or something......
