Just a couple pictures for kawiconvert of the '79 650 C3 rear rim (first) and second the '78 650 C2 rim:
I was thinking the C3 rim was a tubeless rim, but can't find a cast mark stating so.

Mine didn't say tubless, but it had the bead retainers that made it possible to go tubeless. In the picture you can kind of see the bead lock/retainer. It is the ridge just before the rim dips in the middle.
