my first street bike was a 1973 rd 250 it had 300 miles on it when i bought it. i learned how to not kill myself with that bike. i only knew 2 throttle positions with that bike fully open fully closed. i am so thankful that there were no zx6's in my day or i would have never survived. i must have crashed 20 times with that bike took my first long road trip with that bike calgary, alberta to san deigo, california what a trip i was 16 years old . i loved that bike and i beat it to death. i've been looking for another one ever since.
