I think the issue is to big of master. I thought the nice GP set that I bought would work but they don't. My brakes wouldn't work either. I have a stock M.C. that I will try tomorrow night. I didn't rebuild the GSXR front calipers so I may just rebuild them all just to make sure. It's not flex in the line as I have made all brand new stainless steel brake lines.

Got the front brakes working today. I had to go back to the cable clutch mechanism. I think something is wrong though. I adjusted the clutch per the FSM but when I pull the clutch lever in the rear wheel won't spin free when I have it in gear. I am concerned as I removed the push rod when I was mocking up the hydraulic clutch. Is there anything I could have screwed up there. By the diagram it does not look like it.

Clutch plates are sticking together. They should free up once you ride it.

Thanks Steve that makes sense, I put the new clutch plates in about a year ago. I will do some quick tuning on the carbs and see where it goes from there.

Test run ready. Bench tuned the carbs Monday. They run a bit rich and will have to jet it down a step as the only way I can get them even close to running right according to my color tune. I only have the mixer screw turned out a 1/4 turn. Wish I would have marked down what jets and needles I had in it when I was bench syncing them. :pinch: Fortunately on these carbs the are easy to access.

It will lean out as it breaks in. A little rich is better than too lean. I'd put 500 miles on before I started to dial it in. That thing looks like it wants to GO. :woohoo:

That's the plan Steve. I am off work tomorrow so I get to take it for a test ride finally. Should also be able to get a quality video and pictures done tomorrow.
