Well I had to grind off the tacks and remove everything I had on! I should have done a better job of triangulating the top mount, swingarm pivot and bottom mount. First the shock was hitting the front of the arm so I thought I could move the top mount to the rear a bit. Then I run into trouble when the shock was short end of travel. Got it worked out I think. Going to take it all back together tomorrow.
I scored some GPZ 1100 adjusters so I can use my stock axle
Stock axle is to short for this arm
Back to ebay for an 1100 axle I guess.

Perhaps you aren't building enough pressure. If your not getting boost your not even opening the wastgate. I thought those mitsu t25s used high boost stock. Are you building vacuum even?

Try going to your/the first post in this thread, go to edit then change the subject title. That should work here no trouble

I have been trying to figure out the shock/swingarm clearance. I tried bolting it up leaving the top mount off but then the shock moves up and down. Looked like it would work but was not sure. I then came up with this
. Made everything clear in my head. The bottle is a tad larger than the shock, got the bottom mount where I thought it shoud be and did same with top. Moved arm through it's range. Hopefully I have it now.

Slowly but surely Ram, thanks. I went out tonight to weld it all in as I think I finally have it ready t go. Going to do a few tacks and check it again. Anyway I get out in the shop and it seems a bit cool. The furnace had quit on me. It is zero and going down so I had to work on it. Hopefully a new transformer will get it going again. I have my fishhouse heater going ow so hopefully will keep it above freezing.

Do you have 24v coming from transformer, line voltage to transformer?

I pulled the transformer to double check. Hooked 110 to line and it showed no output.
