Headers and collectors are stainless steel one-off made by Martelius Racing. I used to have a Kerker K -canister (50mm slip) and winter ´07-08 I found a Kawasaki by Kerker -megaphone fron fleabay and Henry-da-Man sniped it for me. He got the headewrs and sent the muffler to me.
So I had to fab a piece of pipe fron rear collector to megaphone. See pic:

I see. I had followed your link, and it stated that they were for 18" and 19" wheels. is that the same fender or a smaller size?
What bike is the headlight holder from? It has a nice stock look to it.
