There's a guy on Ebay selling these for 25 bucks. I assume he's just printing them up off a word file. I made one in word then transferred it to Publisher.... the simple word file ended up looking just as good. Anyone need one of these pm me your email address and I'll send you the word file. Just change the date and serial number. Then cut it out and carefully overlay a piece of self adhesive lamination to the top (just the top), spread contact cement on the back and fix it to the frame. Here's a pic of mine on my bike...

Did you get the correct font?
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

As far as I can tell it's a Calibri font. Looks identical to me.
