Welcome to KZrider, thanks for the pics! I really like what you're up to, too. That seat mount - did you use the old pan?

First thought, "WHY, that aint right". Then I had to think about what I would do If I had that bike. Stretched, raked, slammed, put a header on it and some carbs and have some fun. Then, when it dawned on me, your doing exactly what I what I would do, HAVING FUN with what you doing and loving it. I do have to say, you are doing some pretty nice work! Got to respect a man who will step up and take a challenge, make something that stands out and makes a statement, "this is mine and I did it". Thumbs up!

I really like where you went with this. Would you mind listing your modifications? I just bought a KZ 750 and so far I am going for the same effect. check it out.

Hi!

I'm a new member too, partially restoring a '77 650c that I've owned since new. Great job!! The expense for parts is rididculous but what the hell! I could have bought a plasma TV for what I've spent so far, but it's my baby from my L.A. single days.

Good Luck!

I have to admit that I generally like these bikes fairly close to stock, but man that thing is cool. Is the paint black or primer black or what? From the pics its hard to tell, but it looks like the old primer black that guys used to paint hot rods.

I like the drag bars too, but that master cylinder leaning over like that made me take em back off and go with the K&N superbars for now.
If i can find a round master I will remount the drag Bars someday.
