Has anyone gotten one of the reproduction seats that are @ American Classix? I am looking hard at them but wanted to see if anyone has any opinions of them. I know the price range goes into the Corbin/Sargent range and I have personal experience with both of them on previous bikes. I like the "stock" look and if the seats are at least "good" then I may move on it.

Thanks in advance,

E

Thanks for the reply. Not sure if you can really tell but do you know if it has plain old foam for padding or does it have any of the modern day denser/more durable foam?

I don't know if your interested or not, but American Classix has a very slightly damaged seat on ebay for a very low price (22.50 is high bid).

It sits very firm , I have no idea what it is made of though :) Kinda expensive but looks great .. I Bought the 900 seat that looks like a 650 Zepher at the bottom of the page :)
