This may seem simple, but is the seat on this bike stock? I ask, because a buddy of mine says no, and it is not the same as pictured in the FSM, but the stickers un the bottom give tuning settings for a KZ750 and also a KZ650. Since I am at least the third owner, and I don't know jack about the history of this particular bike, I thought I would ask the collective expertise of the group here.

no a stock cover, but probably the stock seat pan with a new cover job......
