Fairing vibrations

My 95 kz1000p has a really annoying buzzing noise and vibration at certain speeds and RPMs, i have checked all the rubber mounts and made sure everything's snugged up and I don't have anything loose. I'm pretty sure it's my headlight rattling around and vibrating in the fairing. Is this just how the old cop bikes are? Or is there a fix for it.

Is there any loose wiring inside the fairing?  If so, you could tape or zip tie the wires together.  I noticed the trim ring on my P rattles a bit.  There is only one screw holding it on.  I may put some small pieces of foam on the inside of the trim ring.

Yeah when I got the bike, I pulled probably ten miles of extra wiring and random switches and accessories out of the cowling. I noticed the headlight ring as well, i'm probably going to try and use some rubber or foam behind it to try and insulate it and absorb some vibrations.
