Unknown rear shocks

  Does anyone recognize my rear shocks. They were fitted to my KZ650 D2 1979. They seem to have an adjustment at top of the spring, another adjustment at the bottom of the spring, and a smsll lever right at the bottom that I suspect changes the damping to hard and soft.  Photo ‘s attached
