Hoping @

will see this. I'm doing a 636 swingarm with a '94 zx9r frontend on my '77 KZ1000. I've seen a few pics of the swingarm bushings / top hats Leon made and trying to do the same. Would love to see additional pics of the bushings and how the mono shock was fitted.
Thanks

Leon hasn't logged on since Feb 22 so don't expect an answer. Are you planning to extend the forks (I am using 98 ZX9R forks in my 82 and they needed 75mm adding to maintain geometry). What model GSXR is your swing arm from ? I am using a GSXR600K1 which I believe would work. There are many mono-shock bikes on the forum, you need to search out what you want to know

If you are using the 636 swingarm and shock linkage etc in it's entirety you would ideally build a jig on the 636 frame to accurately transfer the pick up points to the Z frame using the swingarm spindle as the datum.
If the 636 swing arm spindle is 20mm you can safely line bore the Z frame to this size instead of making sleeves/bushings so all you would need to make is the appropriate spacers to correctly centre the arm.
