I recently received a 1979 kz400 with the stock spoke wheels. The PO also gave me mag wheels from what looks like a KZ440, has anyone had any experience with swapping these out?

The '79 front axle is the clamp down type (see pic) which is too big to fit in the front mag wheel, whereas the mag wheel has a straight axle. Would I need to change out the front forks for this swap to work?

Also, for the rear wheel the spacing is really tight. I'm thinking I may need to get a wider swing arm?
I'm pretty new to all this, so any help would be appreciated.
