Hello everbody, how do you get the level indicator and the fuel valve gas tight when it comes to the screws?

Do you use rubber o-ring around the screw and a washer?

I would try copper or aluminum washers.

These Suzuki parts are what I use, PN 09168-06023. They are a steel washer with a rubber lip on the inside. Sometimes denoted a "dowty seal".

Kawasaki used a white plastic washer & they should be available at the dealer. I'd guess they're nylon plastic, so maybe the hardware store has something. But the above suggestions would work as well or fiber washers.

09168-06023 worked perfect for the petstock, but was to large for the gas level switch indicate.. so you was correct martin and 650ed, will get two of 92022-183.

Thank you all.

There's a good hardware store near where I live that has a selection of nylon washers. Maybe there's a good hardware store near you? maybe not.

Can you shave down one edge of the washer?

Gordone I bought an assortment box of fiber and nylon washers from Biltema that I used for petcock and sender unit screws. They do the right job for a fraction of the price of the OEM parts.
