Can I ... use my existing sprockets and just put on a 530 chain instead of a 630 chain, or are the sprockets I have now specifically made for the 630 chain. I want to do this conversion but I am clueless. The current chain is crap and I want to change it before it ruins my new sprockets if possible. Most likely I will end up changing the whole set-up to avoid future problems, and then do I need special sized sprockets to fit a 530 chian.

I would like a 15Front and a 41 rear, how do I do that with a 530 chain.

You guys rule.

630 chain is 3/4" pitch while 530 is 5/8" pitch, so a 530 chain is not going to work on 630 sprockets.

If you want to switch to 530 chain and sprockets, the easiest and probably cheapest thing to do is call Jeff at Z1 Enterprises and tell him what you want to do. I'm sure he can tell you what size sprockets will fit your need, and probably supply them at a lower cost than you are likely to find elsewhere.
