I'm looking for some side covers for an 81 kz1000 LTD. There is a set for an 79 KZ1000ST does anyone know if they wit fit?:dry:

They won't fit
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

I think you are limited to 1981/2 KZ1000K1/2 models (your model) and 1981/2 KZ1000M1/2 models (CSR). You might be able to fabricate something with another model's side cover, but a direct drop-in are the above model side covers.
