extended swingarms?

I am beginning to assemble parts for my dragbike chassis. I planned on buying the kosman frame brace kit, but i hear they are hard to get ahold of. I was wondering if anyone had a good site that sells boxed extended swingarms for the old kz's, all i can find is new sportbike stuff.

Also, i have a front end from a 95 rm250 laying around i am thinking about using. Anybody ever try a frontend like this. I know i am going to have trouble shortening it and what not but it should work right?

Ya, i hear the kosman kits are a pain to come by. The rm 250 front end should work, i heard the old school racers used to run kz 400 front ends on the 900 and 1000 drag bikes. Here is a link i found, 300.00 for a chromoly boxed arm

Redline Cycles carries some but there not as cheap as the other place. Probably wouldn't hurt to give them a try.

That would work, but i am kinda lookin for something in the area of 4-6 inches over stock. Its for my dragbike and i dont know if the gs arms will work out for what i want.

jordan, trac dynamics or dg chassis they both do awesome work. they are abit pricey but they will come complete and ready to bolt in look for a hayabusa rear wheel brake rotor and caliper ass. with sprocket carrier as well they go on e-bay pretty cheap tell who ever does your swingarm what you are using and what frame it is going into and they will build to fit,a friend of mine ordered a 6inch over arm from trac and it was a perfect fit. they do every thing wheel spacers axle everything.

I have a Kosman frame brace kit for your Kawi which i can let go for $ 150 plus shipping if you are interested. As for the swingarm - you might try McIntosh at
www.mcintoshmachineandfabrication.com/Swingarms.htm
They do great work and are fairly reasonable price wise. They did mine for me - see picture
