Thanks Clay, the fact that it appears the pass function is fed by the blue headlight feed to the Hi/Low switch would suggest there may have been some "jiggery pokery" as the pass function seems to be in parallel with the "Hi" switch function

My right switch, as i have said, when headlight low beam is lit the pass button lights up the high beam but does not light the high beam on the console, with the lights off but ignition on the pass button dont work, i can live with this, still a bit miffed as to the brown that is spare and appears to come from the right switch bundle of wires.
Noticed there is a nick in the insulation on black with white tracer, but is not causing issues yet, but i will sort it.

Need a schematic for the Euro version, i've only ones for US versions. I'm not even sure what the Pass/Flash feature would do with HIGH Beam already on? Someone with a working version on your side of the world would be equipped to follow out and resolve this issue. I'm sure it is something simple though. Betting it's everything to do with the use of aftermarket main harness and confusion of insulation colors. Might i say though, be careful tugging on those wires that route to the Hazard breadboard. Factory soldering was super iffy and those wires will just fall off.

If working correctly the pass button should be ign fed and by-pass the high/low switch- it should however light the high beam warning light on the instruments when operated
