Crusty Sheathing

Might be of interest to you fellas that want to maintain your original Main wiring harness. I've NEVER bought an aftermarket harness in my long lived Kawasaki venture. Just repurpose them originals. Maintains all the original insulation color coding for a simple swap. Coil of sheath shown is for the Z's not the KZ's, they were a bigger ID. Also the earliest Z's used black covers on the headlight shell contained connectors. Dropped use starting in the Z1A, crowding apparently was a problem. Anyhoot, something to consider.

Doc or Teflon Don ha. Do Your introduction as stated/required and then..lets get Your crap done!! Before i went out to mow, finished wrapping this 74/75 main harness. Had been lingering in a tub for several years. Anyhoot, done now. Always start wrapping from the rear and work your way foreword towards the    front sheath. Just like they did it originally. Keeps tape from unravelling. Sometimes the "tag" is salvageable, sometimes it's blown away and missing?
