Just use one of those reds as your trigger and tape up the other one (I would also tape up the stray red with no terminal on it !!)

The two un-terminated red wires are the NEW wires for the coils from the relay. Reading the wiredgeorge documentation those new red wires replace the original factory red wires that plugged into the coils.

No problem - insulate one of the reds from the coils and use the other as your trigger :)

I would ask what the other end of the white wire in your by-pass cable connects to?  It needs to be connected on lug 86 of the relay you are using. The other end needs to connect to one (or both) of the red wire(s) that powered the coils in the stock setup.

Yes, one end of the white wire goes to the realy pigtail and the end in the picture connects to the previous (old) red coil wire.

So the bike fired right up after installing the wiredgeorge by-pass and seemed to idle good and was able to rev the bike to about 4k. After it had warmed up and I shut it off is when an issue popped up. I could not get the bike to restart. In reading this forum it seems that if you have issues restarting after the bike has been warm it likely could be valve clearance issues. So the current plan is to get the clearance measurements this evening and then acquire any needed shims and get them swapped.
