Converting points and regulator

Hi guys
I own a 76 kz650B1 running standard points ignition and a separate regulator and rectifier
My question is can I fit the pickup coils and igniter box off a kz550
And can I convert my regulator and rectifier to the combined unit off of a kz550 also

Correction - you own a 1977 KZ650-B1 that may have been built in 1976. Ed
1977 KZ650-C1 Original Owner - Stock (with additional invisible FIAMM horn)

The '77 650 used a field coil stator right? Can't use a regular R/R for that application.
