Square to round headlight conversion

Aloha guys,

I'm not sure if this topic belong here. If not, Mod, please move it to appropriate section.

Anyway, I'm thinking of converting my square headlight to round one. Now, I found necessary basket on evilbay, but wanted to ask, if anyone know, that if there's any particular model I should look for, any tip, hint or something I should look out for. As of now, planning to use the stock headlight bracket/holder, but if that's not possible, I am open to any suggestion, and aftermarket brackets.

Any thought on this?
82' KZ750-R1 cafe racer style. Clip-on, Rear set, Fork-Brace, Mikuni Flat-slide (forgot the size), Kerker.
84' GPz750 (basket case). everything are in pieces.
89' ZX750-H1 (ZX-7 Ninja). Resurrection project are on going with my KZ750. Everything is stock.

I believe the Yamaha xjr1200 or 1300 has a round light and shell 7inch, I bought a round LED off evil bay but the plastic cover is a bit cheap/ flimsy

Sorry, I don't have experience with replacing a rectangular headlight with round. What I do know is that the linked headlamp housing comes well recommended.

Does your motorcycle have the fairing? And what parts diagram has the headlight bracket? It isn't listed w the headlight.

Mine didn't come with the fairing. From what I can remember (I got this bike back in 83 or 84, too old to remember..........), I think previous owner cracked the fairing for some reason and didn't replace it. It's hard to tell. All I know was that on front fork, it did have Hickam AFB sticker on it, which I removed first thing when I got the bike.
Back then ( I was still in my teens), never thought anything about missing fairing, and unlike today, all we had, specially on the island, was motorcycle magazine ad to go by. In any case, I'm too old to remember anything that old.

As for parts diagram, Partzilla have it under front fork.

And thanks for all the advice guys.
