Hello again to the community,
As the title says no spark plugs to 2,3 cylinder
The bike is a kz400 ltd (kz400j motor)
I narrowed down the source of the problem to the 4-pin connector of the pickup coils, according to the manual the voltage should be around 0.70 volts when power is on, however the yellow wire has none voltage, the rest are up to spec.. any help will be appreciated

I'm not sure if your bike is wired like the larger 4 cyl motors but my KZ1000 has two coils...one for 1 & 4 and one for 2 & 3. If you've verified that your coil for 2 & 3 is OK then your problem is either in the exciter (if you have one on your bike) or in the pickup.

Thanks for the reply, sorry I took some time to reply I checked and both ignition coils work fine,
I opened the pickup coils cover and found this..
Look for the yellow wire seems out of place
(Resistance and voltage of the black/blue is up to spec, the other one has no power on the yellow wire so no resistance) I don't know how to check the ic igniter

Wow! That's pretty bad. Fix it up and check again. It should look like this.
