There's no such thing as a 1976 model KZ650. If your KZ650 was built in 1976, as many were, it is a 1977 model. Think of it like a car. They start building the model year vehicle several months before the model year actually begins. Be sure to buy the wiring exact wiring harness that is correct for your year AND model KZ650 because there are differences between the various years and models. Ed
