Looking for some new speedometer

I have this big instrument that is in really bad shape, i would really want to Exchange it to something more smother, that not requier any direct major installation.
I know that some have installed The gauges from the gpz900/Gpz1100, but i have no idea how much work would be needed to do to make it work. I am open for any suggestion.

This instrument is apperently from a z1100 1983, and it looks to fit directly. Any idea where i could buy this beautiful cluster?
