82 kz1000 k1 LTD electronic Odometer circuit board schematic ?

Anyone have a circuit board schematic for the PCB that is inside of the electronic odometer unit ?
These are becoming more rare to find.
I know these are supposed to be sealed units. I. e. no user serviceable parts inside.
But what do you do if you can no longer find these ?

What´s wrong with your odometer? Some pics of your odometer would help to find a replacement unit.

I just wanted to know if anyone has a circuit schematic of the board inside.

AFAIK there is a little stepper motor with gear inside that turns the digit wheels.

There is also a circuit board that drives that stepper motor and takes signals from the speedometer pickup.
When this board fails neither odometer or speedometer works.

Yes I do. The circuit board was damaged. I tried to repair it but failed.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationDust and humidity did destroy,disintegrated and short cut most of the soldering point connections.
It´s easier to buy a spare odometer.That `s not worth it to reverse engenering and repair the circuit board schematic and the abandon electronic parts!

You will likely not find any info on that proprietary odometer board. Things like that hardly ever have any service info for whatever reason (corporate info piracy, etc), This was developed prior to china stealing everyone else's technology and reproducing EVERYTHING because some manufacturer decided to have their parts built in China. . unless someone worked personally on it in the day. Gone are the days of going to the library to get a TV schematic, and things like that never had much service info to begin with.
This board is out of a Westinghouse 32" LED TV set. No info is available for this set, and is pretty much impossible to fix without destroying the board.


I probably have most of those cmos chips here in a junk box, If you have the broken piece, you may be able to jumper around it upon close inspection. Set up a pulse generator to duplicate the speedo pulse from the front wheel and play.
