Wiring issues with 78 kz650

having some starting issues now to do with the wiring i thing... we bypassed the condenser straight into the coils and the points are getting spark, when plugging in the male end of the right coil there is spark at the connection and not the left however the left one is the one that was sparking the plug...

First at all, remove ALL parts of your ignition and give them a good clean with a brass brush.
The ignition timing advancer looks like totally corroded/locked and need some grease to do his work correctly.
Check the Points are intalled correctly.
