Just curious what kinda ill effects or damage i may want to look into
If anyone has had this issue

Basically my regulator was overcharging and i failed to fix it and rode anyways

Ride was good for about 10 miles

Until i decided to rev the motor and my lights cut out

Now all my lights are dead (took them off individually and put battery power to them)

Bike runs and is still overcharging
So i will replace the regulator

However im curious.
Is it possible my battery is f'd also even tho it reads 12 .36v?

And is it possible the stator or points got damaged from excess voltage?

Last question is how come none of the fuses blow when a regulator is kickin that much juice to lights?

If you run more than 14 Volts over a longer time you will boil vaporised your battery acid and other electric divices can be destroyed.
Your fuses blown only by the specific current (Ampere) limit not the voltage ( Volt) = you got a short cut near Zero resistent (Ohm).

Ohms Law : U (Voltage V ) = R (Ohm Ω ) * I (Current (A)mpere)
I = U / R
R = U / I
P (W)att) = U * I = 12 Volt * 1,75 Ampere = 21 Watt for a single turning light bulb

Fuses protect the wiring against a short-circuit causing a huge increase in current, which would melt wiring.
Fuses do not protect against over-voltage causing a slight increase in current, which does not melt wiring (but may destroy lights and other components).

I have heard IC ignition unit don’t like over voltage, cross fingers its still okay.
