Speedometer app
24 Aug 2018 08:42 - 24 Aug 2018 08:43
Noodling around with a few speedometer apps and they are pretty neat. These are gps and more accurate than my Speedo since I changed the gearing slightly. It records data from the trip, likely funnels all that info to your insurance company, the police, the fbi, and the Russians but I don't care. Also, will test a tach app that gauges rpm from sound.
Downside seems to be when viewed in full sun. At night I figure it works quite well.

It would have no affect, at least not on my KZ. The speedometer on my bike is operated by a cable attached to a gizmo on the front axle. So any changes made to the sprockets, tranny, or anything else that relates to the rear wheel would not affect the speedo. If one was to install a front wheel with a larger or small diameter than the stock one the speedo would be affected. Ed
