My stator is orginal and from 1981, test looks good and charge voltage is good.

My concern can the stator stop working anytime? Should I replace it?

I have installed serial regulator so these should extend the life....

Sorry, can't remember from your other thread but what is your charge voltage at 5000 rpm?  And what numbers are printed on the top of the R/R?  Does it say SH775 or something to this effect?  If it doesn't have this printing on top it's NOT a SERIES type R/R.

From what I remember it was charging too high before. So that would indicate the stator is fine.

Yes, the stator can stop working anytime.  No, you shouldn't replace it.  It wouldn't hurt to have a good spare on a shelf if you can find one cheap.

I don’t wanted to mix the two topics :) charge voltage case is not closed yet :)
It’s marked SH775 something.
I found a test on google how to check wheter is a serial or mosfet.

I wanted to get some more info about the stator. So from what you saying I shall just use what I have until it stop working, replace it with a new one is not a garantue for not stop working?

Correct.  Use what you have until it fails.

Have you done some maintenance? I have seen some talking about having fresh engine oil on it?

The alternator operates on a principle of physics that if you move a wire in a magnetic field (or the reverse) you will generate a current flow in the wire.  The magnetic field is provided by the rotating magnets on the end of your crank.  The stator sits inside it's cover while the magnets rotate without touching anything and a current is generated in the stator wires.  This is what eventually charges the battery.  So no parts touch each other and there is nothing to wear out.  The stator could possibly develop a short or a broken wire, but it's rare and not predictable.  You might improve the very small odds of a failure by replacing your stator but you will pay for a new one and perhaps needlessly.  As Z1Driver said, my Z1B's are 43 years old and still have the same magnets and stator coils.  They work just fine and I have no plans to replace.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
