Caloric IC Ignitor

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI've got an 1983 KZ1100 LTD with a IC Ignitor module that is shot. The 1-4 coil was bad and it shorted the ignitor on that side. Has anyone got any experience with Caltric? Partzilla shows the stock part as p/n 21119-1041.

I've had bad luck with Caltric. Maybe a Dyna S would be better for you.

A company that calls an ignitor a CDI can't be trusted.

Let me add that the Caltric igniter is mounting holes are slightly different so it no longer fits in the factory location. I mounted mine to the fender under the seat.
