Help with Anti Gravity battery

I’m thinking about getting a anti gravity battery for me 1982 kz750n spectre. The purpose would be, to clean up the battery box on custom build. It says on the site that i may need to upgrade my charging system due to an old rectifier overcharging a battery,

My question is, is that really nessesary to upgrade? If so what regulator rectifier would yall recommend?

Thanks!

I would get an SH mosfet voltage regulator from a modern motorcycle.
Do a search for mosfet. and type Nessism in the username box as he's actually made the upgrade.
Here's one topic I found from a quick search. there are many more.

Would a Electrosport regulator rectifier work with the antigravity?
