Brake Switch compatibility
22 Jan 2018 08:57
Looking for a front and rear brake switch for my 1977 Kawasaki KZ750-B twin.
Are 650 - 1000 switches compatible/interchangeable? Im having a hard time finding any and Z1 has no phone and is slow to answer emails.

Using the part numbers from Partzilla for the 77 750-B2, there are several new or nos listed on eebbaayy. and at reasonable cost if not cheap. The Fr br switch is in the Fr master cylider diagram. the rear is in the chassis-elec diagram.
Z1Enterprises lists several banjo bolt brake light switches that you could use in place of one of the banjo bolts on the front brake. look in the wheel & brake section for your bike.
