Keep blowing ignition fuse
23 Sep 2017 10:08
All of a sudden I keep blowing my 20a ign fuse. It doesn't do it until I've been riding for about 10 min, then it'll blow about every mile but only on deceleration. So weird.
The bike can run in my driveway for an hr without any problem. I've printed the wiring diagram and pulled the whole harness apart. I didn't find any broken, chaffed or green wiring.
I'm leaning towards the voltage regulator. Has anyone seen this? It literally only happens when I'm slowing down or coasting to a stop.

Hi Jamieskz,
What bike?
Are you on the brakes when it happens? Brake light circuit problem maybe?
