KZ400 R2 -83 LED turn signal SWAP.
18 Jun 2017 22:07
Hi.
I´m having some problem with LED swap on my KZ400. when i test my new LEDs in front! i get a constant light. and with the load resistor i have 10ohm 10W from GEEK (china) i get nothing. (rear still works)
what can be the problem, do i need to change other things?
Thankful for any reply.

The problem may be the old thermal flasher. The auto parts store should have an electronic flasher.
Novita. LL552 = long life light duty trailer flasher. EL12 = heavy duty trailer flasher. LF12 = 5x louder.
Here's a heavy duty trailer unit from autozone. Made in USA. Novita. Tridon® EL12. Electro-mechanical flasher.
ps: I don't know if a resistor is necessary with an electronic flasher.
