The Dyna S kit at Z1Enterprises has a technical document link in the part description. Their tech docs are kinda of crummy, so you could ask them to verify something that's unclear. It's been a while since I've read it, but I believe you remove the stock pulsing coil plate & stock timing rotor, then install the Dyna S stuff & green Dyna 3.0 ohm ignition coils. Install the dyna rotor onto the Kawasaki timing advancer body.

Dynatek tech department is very helpful, having intimate knowledge of the product...used to be anyway.

Look up your bike on Dyna's website and get the correct part number then call Z1E.
As for tech. support from Dyna when I got the software kit to program my Dyna 2000 I had a few issue's
trying to load it on the laptop so called and talked to a dude Larry he was a big help turned out my putter was the issue.
Came time to start playing with timing curve's I could plot them on the putter but could not send them to the ign. box so on the phone and talked with Larry again and found out that there is not one person still working for Dyna that was there when they first made the software and no one knew anything about how to use it.
Larry took the time to work with me over many calls for both of us to learn how to use it ended up with us
on the phone both plugeed in to a box and we figured out how it works.
