kz1100 and dyna s

so I installing dyna s ignition and I running into so issue with the wiring. First the wires that go to the coils does it ,matter how ther hook up too each coil. the kz1100 has four wires for the pickup coil and the dyna s has 4 wires but the two red wires connect into on wire so I hav e no clue where to start. please help

I have those instructions my question is does this eliminates the ic igniter completely

Yes but it can't be used with 2.5ohm coils.
