77 KZ650. Will the ignition from a 77 KZ900 work?

The cross reference software I have says the 77 650 only shared the ignition switch with the other 650 models and a few 750's.

Not to say you can't get it to work with a different models' switch..but I would compare wiring diagrams from those models first, and then you pay your money and take your chance.
