Case of my kz1100b2, the main fuse is 30A and othes are 10A. Main fuse is located 2nd from right. I assume that the layout is depend on the model.

Good Fortune! :)

Cheers for links Patton.

I have that manual download but fuse layout wasnt making sense and I couldnt read the pdf very well. Anyway had lifted the fuse box and noted it same layout as tito's B2 on my D1 spectre.

Does the fuse box on these give problems? I did a bladed conversion on my Yam XS1100, just wondering if worth the bother on this or just clean it up?

Yes, it is worth replacing with blade type. Blade type is easier to find from any car shop and my main fuse was kept burning out until I clean all terminal/connection with Deoxit, that was suggested by MFolks from this forum.

btw,,, the enlarged wire diagram pdf can be found from this link.

this doesn't tell you the layout thought,,,,

I know this is a few years late but I had the same question for my kz1100 and stumbled upon this thread, so maybe this will be useful to someone down the road:

From left to right if you are facing the handlebars: Head light (10A) - Horn / Ignition (10A). - Tail / Meter (10A) - Main (30A) - Flasher (10A)

I found this pic on an eBay post of someone selling one
