i borrowed a mutimeter and has a red, yellow, black, leads on it. what ones do i use? red , black?

I'm thinking that if it also had a green lead, it could be a telephone circuit test set. At least the answer was learned, again.

heres a few pics of it,
i know how to use volts, but what about dwell and points?? i dont know how to use them! also has tachometer, and this does NOT have ohms.
it says that 4 cyclinder rpm and dwell use double
8 cyclinder readins( i think i know what that means!)
