'78 Kz1000a motor in '79 Kz1000ltd wiring?

Just bought a '79 KZ1000 LTD w/a '78 Kz1000A motor in it, there are some things left disconnected, starter doesn't spin, no neutral light etc. What will need to happen here? Is everything the same between the two motors? Here's some pics below.

The wire on the ground is youe alt. wire and the round rubber plug is for your oil press. light that goes under the carbs the plug should plug up around the fuse box area the white wire goes to the power white wire in the fuse box area.The wires in your hand seem to be rear lighting wires. The bottom pic shows a breather hose that goes to the air box and 2 carb vent lines

Those carbs look like 29mms
