I am loking for a Tach for my 82 KZ750H. Any help I can get will be great.

will a tach from anouther model or size bike work for mine?

That's a poser. According to the cross-reference at Kawasaki.com, your bike is the only model w the exact same tachometer. However, I'd wager that one from the 81 or 83 Ltd-4 would work... There may be differences in the wiring for the various indicator lights, but the tach should work. Also, some meters have a voltmeter on them.

It's possible that one from a 750-Standard, 750-Ltd-Shaft or KZ650-CSR (maybe) would work. Again, these may have different wiring. The 650-CSR is similar to the 750H & has some of the same meter parts, including the same meter bracket.
