Welcome.
Do you have a switch but no key?
There's usually a key code # on the switch some where, and with that # you can have a key made online or through a local Locksmith.
The key code # may be on the seat lock as well.
If you have the # but can't find someone to make a key for you, let me know as I'm a Locksmith and can probably make it.
