81 Gpz1100 - CDI Box

Picked up an 81 Gpz1100 (FI), but the p.o. took apart the CDI to fix it, which of course he screwed up. Will other years fit?

1977 KZ1000
1985 Gpz750

Yeah...check www.kawasaki.com but virtually anything for KZ1000/1100 through 2005 will work and is listed as a superceded replacement part...it is still active and is available from Kawasaki.
