Good news! I replaced floats and managed to put old air ducts back.
It Started and was working fine. So I though I will take for a ride. Did drive 4 miles at 55mph. Decided to take it home. Riding home i released throttle while cruising to the red light and it died on me i was able to push start it while still cruising but than it happened again. And my light was dimming progressively all the way while i was riding. Pushed it up the hill for about a mile and it did start again but my hands were so tired that i released clutch too fast on the first gear. => died again. Light was almost invisible at this time.
So I guess it just does not recharge battery... It will also start miss firing while releasing when changing gears. (more toward the end of my sweet ride)
It is either stator or regulator or bad contacts... How can I check them?
Odometer - 7300 miles.
