KZ650 2-phase to 3-phase convert?

Most folks with a 650 running a Dyna S have marginal voltage as I understand it. Has anyone converted to a 3-phase stator & reg/rec? What are the issues and is there anything else that needs to be swapped besides the stator & reg/rec?
