Mine is electronic. I replaced it though because it was
pretty much junk. Got all my ignition stuff from Z1 Enterprises.

ok, thats what i thought. just noticed a lot of people were replacing them (wasnt sure if that meant they previously had points). so the stock ignition isnt all that great or does it just depend on the condition of the bike?

They are getting replaced because they are almost thirty years old and nothing lasts forever

Check the prices for stock replacement parts :woohoo:
