need different turn signals

My turn signals were originally mounted on my handlebars of my 79 SR. I recently put on some lower bars and now they don't fit.

I see a lot of pictures of bikes on this site, and lots of the front blinkers are mounted on the side of the headlights.

Will those side mounted blinkers fit on my SR? Thanks

I did the same thing on my 80 650 LTD. I used Lockhart-Phllips aluminum turn signals. They are a little more expensive, but they are made out of metal, not plastic. I also attached them to the headlight ears and in was reletively simple. I liked them so much that I bought the matching rears too.
