is this the hazard or turn signal relay?

it's hard to tell which one it is, they look alike. if you turn either a turn signal or the 4 ways on, one of the other should click.

I dont have the harness hooked up yet.. And i know im either missing the turn relay or the haz relay. This pic is of the relay under the seat, in front, up top. Im thinking the other relay attaches to the battery tray, just not sure which goes where.
